Role Description
Designation : Business Development Manager (Supply)
Location : Tamil Nadu (Pondicherry, Yercaud, Yelagiri )
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential property owners through calls and online research.
- Identify and shortlist holiday homes, resorts, and hotels for onboarding.
- Assist in property visits, owner meetings, and basic negotiations.
- Support contract signing and smooth onboarding of new properties.
- Assist Sales, Revenue, and Reservations teams to improve bookings and pricing.
- Support OTA listings and ensure accurate content and pricing.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and help convert them into bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with onboarded property owners.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate candidates can apply.
- Experience: 1–4 year in onboarding properties.
- Hospitality or property onboarding experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil, with professional fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel for property visits and meetings.
- Interest in sales, hospitality, business development, and client interaction.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
