About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities for our Consulting and Logistics services.

To excel in this role, you should be confident communicating with potential clients via phone and email, conducting detailed research, and consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers to inform them about our Consulting & Logistics services.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales interactions.
• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
• Prepare for prospect calls by researching company backgrounds and relevant lead details.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Maintain and update CRM information on leads and prospects.
• Go the extra mile to meet sales goals and nurture long-term customer relationships.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools
