Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales strategies. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts while tracking market trends and customer needs to ensure continuous growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management
  • Understanding of industrial services procurement and SaaS platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Capability to analyze market trends and develop tailored strategies
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the industrial, B2B, or procurement sector is an added advantage
