Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, managing sales operations, and fostering partnerships. The role also involves negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and representing the brand at industry events.

  • Strategic thinking and market research capabilities
  • Sales expertise and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills
