Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata & Bangalorefor the position of Business Development Manager.

The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and working closely with the creative and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role also includes managing client proposals and contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and market analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of the production, post-production, or VFX industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and plans.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in team coordination and project management is a plus.
• Lead generation & Client outreach.
• Support pitches, proposal & follow up.
• Work with brands & Creative Agencies.
• Proactive, relationship mid set.
• Minimum of 2 years & above may apply.
