Job Description

Job Title: Business Development (Hunter) – Digital Advertising

Location: Mumbai & Delhi/NCR

About the Role

This is not a farming role. We're looking for pure hunters who can open doors, close deals, and drive revenue from day 1. If you live for targets, thrive on rejection, and know how to sell digital ad inventory across Meta, Google, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels — this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing deals
  • Build your own pipeline: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking
  • Drive revenue through digital inventory sales: Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Programmatic platforms, Affiliate networks
  • Pitch aggressively to brands, agencies, and performance marketers
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets (non-negotiable)
  • Work closely with campaign teams to ensure delivery, but your core KPI is revenue

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in Intense Sales/Business development (ad-tech preferred)
  • Must have hands-on experience selling digital ad inventory (Meta / Google / Programmatic / Affiliate)
  • Proven ability to hunt, pitch, and close deals independently
  • Strong objection handling & negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with high-pressure, target-driven environments
