Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in USA RPO and US Staffing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key US accounts, and driving revenue growth across RPO, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for USA RPO and US Staffing services
- Identify, prospect, and close mid-to-large US clients
- Build and manage strong client relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement teams
- Develop customized staffing/RPO solutions based on client needs
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closures
- Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure SLA & TAT adherence
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and growth targets
- Stay updated with US staffing market trends and competitors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in USA RPO / US Staffing sales
- Deep understanding of US recruitment models (RPO, MSP, VMS, Direct Clients)
- Proven track record in closing US deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
- Experience working with US time zones
- Ability to build long-term strategic partnerships
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and staffing tools
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling Direct Clients & MSP accounts
- Exposure to IT & Non-IT staffing
- Existing US client network is a strong plus
- Experience selling RPO solutions end-to-end.
