Position: US Outbound Sales Specialist - B2B Tech Solutions

What You'll Do
- Own the outbound hustle through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Make 50+ cold calls daily to engage fresh US prospects (new conversations, not just redials).
- Book at least 3 qualified meetings weekly with CXOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders.
- Personalize outreach without templates, ensuring thoughtful messaging that resonates.
- Build multi-touch sequences with smart follow-ups, focusing on engagement rather than spamming.
- Leverage AI tools and automation for efficient prospecting at scale.
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and report on strategies that work (and those that don't).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, and target lists.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of outbound B2B experience selling tech, SaaS, or data-led solutions.
- Proven track record in cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold email campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, confident, and ready for the US market.
- Strong understanding of buyer research and effective conversation hooks.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- High self-discipline, motivation, and a focus on measurable results.
Bonus Points If
- You have experience selling to US clients and understand cross-time-zone selling.
- You've thrived in fast-paced environments or sales development roles.
- You have knowledge of AI, analytics, or automation and can convey a founder story in under two minutes.
