Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will handle responsibilities such as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the role will require the candidate to collaborate with internal and external teams, support sales efforts, and meet business development targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation techniques
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Effective interpersonal and Communication skills, along with an ability to negotiate and persuade
• Knowledge of business operations and market analysis
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in financial services or a related field is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the mortgage or loan industry is an added benefit
