Role Description

NoBrokerHood is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Manager (Upselling) for our on-site office in Jaipur. This full-time role involves identifying upselling opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell company services. The primary responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, meeting sales targets, creating and maintaining reports of client interactions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in business development, account management, and upselling strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proven ability in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM tools to track and enhance customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and goal-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development within the technology sector or gated community space is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of Jaipur's market will be an added advantage.
