Job Title: Sales Manager Ultra Luxury Sales

Location: Gurugram, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with strong expertise in Ultra Luxury Sales and an established network of HNI/Ultra-HNI clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving premium property sales, building exclusive relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with our luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of ultra-luxury residential properties (5 Cr+ category).
  • Leverage a strong network of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients to generate high-quality leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with premium clients.
  • Conduct personalized presentations, walkthroughs, and negotiations for high-ticket deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on luxury market trends, competitor offerings, and investment opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on high conversion ratios.
  • Represent the brand at exclusive events, networking forums, and luxury exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury sales in any industry, wealth management, luxury automobiles, private banking, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Proven record of closing high-value deals (2 Cr and above).
  • Strong and active network of HNI/UHNI clientele.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to deliver bespoke customer experiences with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable dealing with elite client segments.

Preferred Attributes

  • Exposure to international clientele or NRIs.
  • Knowledge of high-end real estate, investments, and luxury assets.
  • Presentable, confident, and well-versed in luxury etiquette.
