Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager located in Pune, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and enhancing sales strategies to acquire and engage clients. You will lead effective negotiations, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent business growth. Additionally, you will represent the company in external business events and build strategic partnerships to strengthen the organization's position in the market.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development and strategic planning skills
  • Experience in relationship management, client acquisition, and account growth
  • Knowledge in market analysis, sales strategy, and negotiation
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively within teams
  • Background in the financial services or trading industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
