Role Description
- 5 years proven experience in IT services/technology sales within the Software Outsourcing industry for North American and/or European markets.
- Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience selling UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Branding, and Digital Experience Design services (not mixed IT services sales).
- Strong experience selling end-to-end UI/UX solutions to SaaS companies, digital agencies, startups, and enterprise B2C brands, across both fixed-price and resource augmentation engagement models.
- Proven capability to sell high-value, high-complexity design engagements, including product UX strategy, enterprise UX transformation, and large-scale digital experience programs.
- Deep understanding of design systems, UX research methodologies, information architecture, user journey mapping, usability testing, accessibility (WCAG), and conversion-focused UX.
- Ability to position UI/UX as a business growth driver, not just a design serviceselling outcomes such as conversion uplift, retention improvement, engagement metrics, and product adoption.
- Strong exposure to design-led transformation projects, including rebranding, platform redesigns, SaaS product UX revamps, and omni-channel experience design.
- Knowledge of modern design trends and advanced practices, including motion design, micro-interactions, design ops, AI-assisted design workflows, and component-based design systems.
- Experience handling complex stakeholder environments (Founders, Product Heads, CMOs, CTOs, Marketing Leaders, UX Heads) and managing multi-decision-maker sales cycles.
- Ability to create strategic UI/UX proposals, value narratives, and design solution frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of sales funnel management, CRM-based pipeline creation, tracking, and reporting.
- Industry-aware professional with strong client relationship management and market/competitor intelligence.
- Target-driven mindset with ownership of revenue goals and customer onboarding.
