POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Business Developmentfocused Key Account / Institutional Sales Manager to grow EPC, utility, and infrastructure project business across India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Institutional Sales
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across RDSS projects, DISCOMs, railway electrification, and EPCs
Build relationships with decision-makers, consultants, and procurement teams
Develop account growth plans for institutional customers
Tendering & Approvals
Track tenders and project opportunities
Coordinate vendor registrations and submissions
Commercial Management
Lead pricing and negotiations
Ensure profitable growth
Execution Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery
Manage customer expectations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
812 years experience in power/control cable or electrical product sales
EPC, utility, or railway project exposure
Strong business development and relationship skills
COMPENSATION
