JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive specification-led growth, revenue generation, and market expansion for Unitile's Data Center Infrastructure solutions across the GCC region and international markets.

This role combines strategic business development with strong sales execution, including channel/partner management. The candidate will play a key role in establishing Unitile as a preferred infrastructure solutions partner across consultants, contractors, end users, and regional business partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Development & Pipeline Building:

  • Identify new opportunities, develop project pipelines, and build relationships with Clients, developers, consultants, Architects, and contractors.

Specification & Stakeholder Influence:

  • Engage early in project lifecycle to influence specifications. Build trust with consultants, architects, and decision-makers.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Achieve revenue targets, manage pricing strategies, and ensure healthy margins.

Opportunity Development & Conversion:

  • Manage opportunities from lead generation to closure. Work closely with internal teams to convert technical discussions into business wins.

Value Proposition & Solution Selling:

  • Understand client needs and offer integrated solutions (Raised Access Flooring, Ceiling Systems, Containment). Focus on system selling rather than product selling.

Business Partner & Channel Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage regional business partners/distributors. Drive partner performance, enable them with product knowledge, and ensure alignment with company sales goals.

Key Account Management:

  • Develop and grow strategic accounts across the region. Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment from design to execution.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and contribute to strategic planning for regional and global expansion.

  • Partner Management: Ability to manage and scale channel partners effectively.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • B.E./B. Tech (Civil/Mechanical preferred)
  • 8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Specification Sales, or Key Account Management.
  • Experience in construction Material Technology, infrastructure solutions like Ceiling Grid, Insulation or data center domain preferred
  • Experience in managing distributors/partners in GCC region preferred
  • Exposure to international markets is an added advantage

Salary would be in line with the experience.
