Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI sales and a passion for field-based client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, acquire, and manage HNI clients within the assigned territory
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
* Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads
* Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates
* Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
