Role:

The Business Development Manager will serve as a strategic operator responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of partner management. This role integrates commercial negotiation, operational execution, and content strategy to accelerate CTV and OEM partnership distribution. By managing parallel negotiations and streamlining execution workflows, this role ensures business continuity and rapid scale without reliance on a single point of dependency.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Partner Management: Anchor the structuring of commercial terms and lead negotiations with key CTV partners and OEMs.
  • Coordinate legal reviews and manage the execution of partnership agreements.
  • Align with internal product and tech teams to ensure technical requirements are met for channel launches.
  • Drive and own the end-to-end channel launch timelines to ensure speed to market.

2. Operational Execution & Project Management

  • Provide the operational backbone for the CTV vertical by managing distribution pipelines.
  • Handle technical onboarding processes, including EPG (Electronic Program Guide) integration.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, execution workflows, and data dashboards to track performance.
  • Manage PR coordination and rigorous follow-ups to ensure launches do not stall due to bandwidth gaps.

3. Content Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Ensure channels meet OEM expectations regarding quality and programming consistency.
  • Benchmark competitors and refine the content mix to strengthen positioning with partners.
  • Lead the transition of the CTV business from distribution-led to content-led to drive sustained visibility and revenue growth.

Expected Outcomes-

  • Faster Distribution Scale: Increase capacity to manage 2-3x more partner conversations simultaneously.
  • Execution Discipline: Ensure agreements, tech integrations, and marketing launches remain on track through dedicated project management.
  • Revenue Acceleration: Reduce cycle times on integrations and launches by 30–40%.
  • Business Continuity: Build a robust layer of partnership management that protects against single points of failure.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 6–8 years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Operations within the OTT, CTV, or Media-Tech domain.
  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding of EPG onboarding, CTV distribution pipelines, and OEM partner ecosystems.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to blend commercial deal-making with content strategy and operational discipline.
