Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to penetrate new markets and exceed revenue targets.
- Enterprise Acquisition: Identify and secure high-value partnerships and enterprise-level clients through consultative selling.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and healthy pipeline of large-scale opportunities.
- High-Level Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations and pricing strategies with C-suite stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Guide and develop mid-to-junior level sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Delivery and Product teams to ensure tailored solutions meet client specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6–12 years of proven success in B2B business development or enterprise sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Skills: Mastery of CRM tools, advanced financial acumen, and superior C-level presentation skills.
- Proven Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
