Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Presentation & Visual Design Services (US Market)

Experience: 3–7 Years

Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market for presentation and visual design services.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and client engagement.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored creative solutions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Strengthen long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer expectations to support business growth.

Required Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales/business development within creative, presentation, or design services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Exposure to international or U.S.-based clients is preferred.
