Role Objective
To bring in new business opportunities for company and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, strategic pitching, partnerships, and consistent client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for digital marketing services company.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound outreach, follow-ups, partnerships, and business events.
- Pitch Company's services to potential clientsincluding presentations, proposal creation, and strategy discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build pitch decks, proposals, and digital marketing plans.
- Convert leads into long-term, paying clients through strong negotiation and relationship management.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide weekly performance updates.
- Ensure smooth handover of clients to the execution team after onboarding.
Compensation Structure
1. Fixed Salary
Guaranteed monthly base salary: 30,000 50,000.
2. Variable Incentives
- 10% 25% Revenue Commission
- 40% Commission on Paid Pitches
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in business development within digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of converting cold leads and closing deals.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing deliverables (social media, content, performance marketing).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
