ThoughtMinds is a global leader in delivering next-generation solutions in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and digital transformation services. With a strong presence across India, the United States, and the Middle East, we are rapidly scaling and looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across our strategic markets. This role offers the opportunity to lead business development efforts end-to-end, including direct enterprise sales, client engagement, and team leadership with high visibility and impact on global expansion initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

Strategic Sales Development: Design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle: from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Market Expansion: Acquire and grow enterprise accounts across India, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Muscat, KSA), and ideally the US market.

CXO-Level Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across client organizations.

Contract & Commercial Leadership: Drive complex pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and master service agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, recruitment, and technical teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and scale the Business Development team, providing mentorship, training, and performance oversight.

Industry Representation: Represent ThoughtMinds at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (BTech/MTech preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management in IT services, technology or digital transformation domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to win and grow enterprise accounts and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation, Time & Material, and managed services business models.
  • Proven experience in leading or managing a Business Development team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Sales experience in the US market.
  • Experience managing distributed or cross-border business development teams.
  • Exposure to or knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud, or LLM-based solutions is a strong advantage.
