Veloria Grand is a premium banquet venue in South Bengaluru for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and celebrations (80500 guests). Billion Events, the parent brand, is building India's first branded chain of premium banquet halls scaling through owned venues and an asset-light partner model.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Own the sales pipeline end-to-end from lead follow-up to site visits to closing bookings while building B2B tie-ups that keep our calendar filled. You work directly with the founding team.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
1. Lead to Booking Conversion
- Call/WhatsApp every new lead fast, qualify, and book site visits.
- Run compelling venue tours, pitch packages, handle objections, close confidently.
- Create proposals, manage follow-ups, negotiate, collect token, and confirm bookings.
2. Partnerships & B2B Tie-ups
- Build tie-ups with event planners, wedding planners, decorators, photographers, caterers, DJs, and anchors.
- Drive corporate bookings through HR/Admin teams at startups, SMEs, institutions, hospitals, and schools/colleges.
- Activate referral networks through apartment associations and local communities.
3. Pipeline & Revenue Discipline
- Maintain CRM daily lead stages, notes, next actions, probability.
- Weekly revenue forecast + conversion insights (what's working, what's stuck).
- Coordinate with ops for seamless event execution ensure promises match delivery.
4. Market Feedback Loop
- Bring competitor pricing and offer insights.
- Work with marketing to improve creatives, offers, landing pages, and WhatsApp scripts.

- Site visits scheduled per week + show-up rate
- Visit Booking conversion %
- Monthly bookings + revenue achieved
- Partner referrals generated per month
- Lead response time + follow-up discipline (SLA adherence)
WHO YOU ARE
- 27 years in hospitality, events, real estate, or high-ticket B2C/B2B sales.
- Strong in negotiation, closing, and disciplined follow-up.
- Comfortable with targets, CRM tools, and daily reporting.
- Great communication English + Kannada/Hindi/Telugu is a plus.
- Presentable, energetic, and confident running venue walkthroughs.
- Two-wheeler with valid licence for field visits across South Bengaluru.
