We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team and play a key role in building strong global partnerships.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – B2B Travel Partnerships who will drive our international and domestic B2B sales by building strong partnerships with travel companies, tour operators, and agents.

This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the growth of our partner network and business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with international tour operators, travel agencies, and DMCs
  • Build and manage long-term B2B partnerships
  • Pitch and position The Lost Compass as a local experience and DMC partner in India
  • Generate consistent business through partnerships
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Work closely with the founder on growth strategy

Whom We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in travel sales / B2B partnerships / inbound tourism
  • Strong communication skills (especially with international clients)
  • Someone who understands relationship-building, not just selling
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Passion for travel, culture, and creating meaningful experiences

Compensation & Growth

  • Fixed Salary: ₹40,000/month
  • Incentives: 5% – 10% on business generated
  • Milestone Growth: ₹10,000 salary hike after 5+ active international partnerships (with actual business)
  • Annual Growth: Up to 50% based on performance
