Job Description

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our advertising agency. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify, research, and approach potential clients across industries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Pitching & Proposal Development:
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to craft customized proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to help shape agency strategy.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.
  • Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal creative, media, and digital teams to ensure business opportunities align with agency capabilities and client needs.
  • Networking:
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business connections.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 48 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management ideally within an advertising, digital marketing, or media agency.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of marketing, branding, and digital advertising concepts.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
