Role Overview
We are seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our premium serviced office solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong relationships, and manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Accountabilities
Sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge of serviced office offerings
- Prepare and conduct site inspections and client tours
- Manage full sales lifecycle from enquiry to deal closure
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Extract client requirements and prepare tailored proposals
- Manage follow‑ups, chase schedules, and pipeline updates
- Set appointments and conduct sales presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Prepare and coordinate License Agreements
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets
Marketing & Business Development
- Maintain and manage prospect database
- Support pre‑opening marketing plans for new centres
- Implement local marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Identify joint marketing and referral partners
- Organise promotions with hotels, agents, and associations
- Build relationships with Business Chambers and industry groups
- Participate in networking events and lead generation activities
- Work closely with operations team for client onboarding

Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years sales experience in premium hotels, business centres, or serviced offices
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Fluent in English
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and target driven
- Ability to work independently and within a team
