We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us open new doors, build meaningful relationships, and grow the agency beyond traditional categories.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Manager who understands culture, luxury consumers, brand storytelling, and experiential marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with:
- Fashion brands
- Beauty brands
- Luxury retail
- Premium lifestyle companies
- Creative/event agencies
- Influencer & culture-led ecosystems
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and helping position TCS as a leading experiential and production partner across multiple industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new clients across fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and premium consumer brands
- Build relationships with marketing heads, founders, brand managers, and decision-makers
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Drive pitch conversations and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships
Strategic Partnerships
- Build collaborations with:
- Fashion weeks
- Luxury venues
- Malls
- Hotels
- Influencers
- PR agencies
- Designers
- Cultural platforms
- Explore partnerships that can help TCS expand into new industries and audiences
Pitching & Revenue Growth
- Understand client briefs and work closely with strategy, design, and operations teams to build winning proposals
- Present agency capabilities, credentials, and ideas confidently
- Negotiate commercials and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Industry & Market Understanding
- Stay updated with trends in:
- Luxury marketing
- Fashion culture
- Beauty launches
- Consumer experiences
- Retail activations
- Pop culture & creator economy
- Identify emerging opportunities for experiential marketing
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Creative Team
- Production Team
- Client Servicing
- Founders
- Strategy Team
- Ensure smooth transition from pitch stage to execution stage
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or brand solutions
- Prior experience in:
- Experiential agencies
- Fashion/beauty/luxury ecosystem
- Events & activations
- Media or creative agencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Existing network within luxury/fashion/beauty/lifestyle industries is highly preferred
- Ability to independently drive conversations and close business
- Understanding of experiential marketing and production is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with decks, presentations, and client meetings
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership attitude
