Job Summary:
The Alpha Agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional with strong experience in Digital Marketing services sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate, manage, and convert high-quality leads, especially for website retainers and big-ticket digital accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert qualified leads for digital marketing services.
Pitch and sell website retainers, performance marketing, SEO, and integrated digital solutions.
Handle big-ticket accounts and manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Digital Marketing sales.
Proven track record in lead conversion and closing deals.
Experience handling large / high-value retainer accounts, especially website retainers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with agencies or digital marketing firms.
Exposure to enterprise or mid-large brand accounts.
Strong client relationship management skills.
MBA in Marketing
