Position: Business Development Manager

Experience: 8+ Years

Industry: Packaging / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers

• Generate leads through field visits, calls, LinkedIn, references and other channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales and production teams

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Conduct market research and identify new business segments

• Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends

• Maintain accurate customer and sales data and submit regular reports

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG or related industries is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good customer relationship management skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development

• Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
