Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and business growth in the assigned area.
  • Identify and approach potential customers, community groups, and business partners.
  • Conduct field visits, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and business development plans.
  • Organize community events, awareness programs, and networking activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer queries professionally.
