Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving student enrollments and achieving revenue targets through individual contribution. This role is focused on high-quality counseling, relationship building, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners, guiding them in choosing the right programs and ensuring a seamless enrollment journey.
• Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their career goals and background
• Engage with students and parents via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions to address queries and provide detailed program insights
• Provide career guidance by explaining program outcomes and relevant industry opportunities
• Own and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Maintain strong lead-to-enrollment conversion through timely and effective follow-ups
• Manage leads, track pipeline, and monitor performance using CRM and sales tools
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner experience
• Handle escalations and complex student concerns independently and professionally
• Visit colleges, build relationships, and initiate tie-ups for student acquisition
• Conduct workshops, seminars, roadshows, and BTL activities to generate awareness and drive enrollments
