Business Development Manager (BDM) – Job Description

Role

Drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients in both US and Domestic IT staffing markets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in US or Domestic IT staffing
  • Acquire and manage client accounts
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment team
  • Build strong long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain active sales pipeline and closures

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in IT staffing sales / business development
  • Exposure to US or Domestic market preferred
  • Good negotiation and client handling skills
  • Ability to work with recruitment/delivery teams
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills

Experience

  • 8–15 years in Business Development / IT Staffing Sales
