Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing

• Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT Staffing services.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Business Development within IT Staffing.
• Strong client acquisition and account management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Domestic IT Staffing or US IT Staffing (based on the role applied for).
• Ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic client relationships.
