Job Summary:​

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Digital Marketing profile. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships for digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Branding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills with the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable marketing solutions.

Experience Required: 2 - 4 years (Experience in Digital Marketing Agency/ Company)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new clients for digital marketing services
  • Pitch services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (Digital Marketing preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and services
  • Ability to close deals and manage client expectations
