Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech, Staffing, Recruitment, or related service-based industries, with proven experience in generating leads, acquiring clients, and building long-term business relationships.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Market Expansion

  • Develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the US market.
  • Identify new industry verticals and business segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Track and report key performance metrics.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with Recruitment, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Participate in business planning and growth initiatives.
  • Provide market feedback to improve service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and client acquisition process.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

MBA (Marketing/Business Development) preferred.
