Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, client handling, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close high-value deals, along with experience in handling international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Develop strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure market presence
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and technical teams) to align business goals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
  • Manage CRM tools and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 810+ years of experience in Business Development within the IT/Software services industry
  • Proven experience in handling international markets and clients
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, or related technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong lead generation and account management capabilities
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international client acquisition and enterprise sales
  • MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
