Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, client handling, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close high-value deals, along with experience in handling international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Develop strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure market presence
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and technical teams) to align business goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Manage CRM tools and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 810+ years of experience in Business Development within the IT/Software services industry
- Proven experience in handling international markets and clients
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, or related technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong lead generation and account management capabilities
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international client acquisition and enterprise sales
- MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
