Business Development Manager

Your Day-to-Day

• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting mid-sized startups and enterprises
• Generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking
• Conduct discovery discussions to identify client pain points and business challenges
• Position TechBulls IT services and engineering engagement models effectively
• Drive solution discussions, demos, and commercial negotiations
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and maintain accurate pipeline visibility in CRM
• Build long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Responsibilities start with Database building
• Reporting to the management with appropriate information.

Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Software industry
• Minimum 8+ years selling software solutions or IT services (mandatory)
• Experience selling into North America markets
• Strong understanding of IT services engagement models (T&M, fixed bid, dedicated teams, etc.)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to engage CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
• Must be expert with Sales Navigator, CRM, LinkedIn automation, Email Automation. Must be AI savvy.
• Self-driven, structured, and process-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
