About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 3+ years in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, an aggressive business approach, and the ability to secure and manage new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the US market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSP partners.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of pipeline and sales activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in the US Staffing industry.
- Strong and aggressive communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem.
- Experience in aggressive cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote setup.
- Night Shift availability aligned to US time zone.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
