Hiring: Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager Inside Sales (B2B)
Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Experience: 17 Years (B2B / Inside Sales)
Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Work Days: MondayFriday + Last Saturday working
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (No virtual rounds)
Shift Timings (Based on Market):
* SEA 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
* ME 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
* India 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Role Overview:
End-to-end B2B Inside Sales role managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify companies with active hiring needs
* Connect with HR Managers, CHROs, CEOs & Founders
* Understand client requirements & pitch recruitment solutions
* Deliver product demos & presentations
* Handle negotiations & close deals
* Achieve monthly revenue targets
Preferred Background:
HR Tech / SaaS / IT Sales / Consulting / BFSI / Media / DotCom
Skills Required:
* Strong communication & email writing
* Experience dealing with senior decision-makers
* Negotiation & objection handling skills
* Target-driven mindset
* Basic Excel & CRM knowledge
