Job description: Business Development Manager
Years of Experience : 6 months to 3 yrs
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively identify and generate new business leads using a variety of sales intelligence tools, including Apollo.io and Lusha.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by researching target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
Utilize HubSpot to manage all lead data, activities, and pipeline stages.
2. Full-Cycle Sales Management:
Conduct strategic outreach to prospects via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Schedule qualified appointments and discovery meetings for potential clients interested in our software solutions.
Meticulously track all calls, emails, and sales activities in our CRM software to ensure accurate data and forecasting.
3. Client Engagement & Solution Consulting:
Conduct engaging and tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, showcasing how our HRMS, ERP, LMS, CMS, and Billing software solve their specific business challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor by gathering and analyzing client requirements, understanding their pain points, and aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.
4. Proposal & Negotiation:
Prepare and present professional proposals, quotes, and Statements of Work (SOW) based on client needs.
Lead negotiations with key stakeholders to successfully close deals and secure new business.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
0-2+ years of proven experience in B2B full-cycle sales, preferably within the SaaS, software, or technology sector.
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience selling one or more of the following is a strong plus: HRMS, ERP, LMS, CMS, or Billing Software.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on proficiency with CRM software, ideally HubSpot.
Experience using sales engagement and intelligence tools like Apollo.io and Lusha is highly desirable.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new software products.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a can-do attitude.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a large pipeline.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
