Role Overview
Talent Deploy (EduBridge Group) is seeking a high-performing Business Development professional to drive growth within its Contract / General Staffing vertical.
This role is focused on new client acquisition and revenue generation in the Non-IT staffing domain. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership, from prospecting to closure, along with revenue and margin accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for Contract Staffing services (Non-IT focus)
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closure
- Achieve quarterly revenue and billing targets
- Manage pricing strategy, commercials, margins, and service level adherence
- Drive deployment ramp-ups and ensure sustainable billing growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business Leaders
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- 36 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients (new logo acquisition mandatory)
- Experience in revenue target ownership
- Strong understanding of staffing commercials, billing models, and margin structures
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closure skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Stable employment history
Preferred Industry Background
Experience in one or more of the following:
- General / Contract Staffing (Non-IT preferred)
- IT Contract Staffing with workforce solutions exposure (open to building Non-IT business)
- Facility Management / Industrial Manpower Services
- Payroll / HR Outsourcing Services
- Corporate BFSI / SME Acquisition Sales
- Logistics / 3PL Corporate Sales
Mandatory Criteria
- Strong hunter mindset with proven new client acquisition
- Direct revenue responsibility in current/previous role
- Experience handling commercial negotiations
- Stability in career progression
