Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our BPO / Call Center operations who can generate new business opportunities, bring in new processes, acquire clients, and expand the company's domestic. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the BPO/ITES industry, experience in client acquisition, and a proven track record of bringing inbound/outbound, customer support, sales, collections, chat/email support, or back-office processes.


Key Responsibilitie

  • sIdentify and acquire new BPO / Call Center business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • .Bring in new processes / campaigns / outsourcing projects for voice, non-voice, backend, chat support, email support, customer service, sales, lead generation, collections, technical support, etc
  • .Generate leads through market research, networking, references, LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and industry contacts
  • .Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
  • .Understand client requirements and propose suitable BPO solutions / outsourcing models
  • .Prepare and present business proposals, pricing models, presentations, and commercial agreements
  • .Negotiate contracts, commercials, SLAs, and close deals successfully
  • .Coordinate with internal operations, recruitment, training, and transition teams for smooth onboarding of new processes
  • .Work closely with operations to ensure feasibility, resource planning, and successful execution of new client requirements
  • .Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, client acquisition goals, and business growth objectives
  • .Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
  • .Maintain MIS, sales pipeline, client follow-ups, and business development reports
  • .Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and business networking events where required

.Required Skills & Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • .Proven experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition / Sales within the BPO / Call Center / ITES industry
  • .Strong experience in bringing new BPO processes / outsourcing projects / campaigns
  • .Good understanding of voice and non-voice BPO operations
  • .Strong client handling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • .Ability to develop business from international markets and/or domestic market
  • .Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
  • .Strong knowledge of proposal drafting, pricing discussions, and contract closures
  • .Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
