Department : Business Development

Reports To : Business Development Director

Requirements : 3+ Years Experience in lead generation or sales preferably in B2B services, events, or exhibition industries.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented person to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads for our events and exhibition booth design and build services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Business Development team and take ownership of the Business Development process. Research and identify upcoming B2B trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events (both national and international) relevant to our target industries.

Utilize various tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, event websites, CRM data) to identify prospective B2B companies participating in shortlisted events.

Identify key decision-makers within target companies (e.g., Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Event Managers, Sales Heads).

Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including telephone calls, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging to engage with identified decision-makers.

Effectively communicate our value proposition and how our services can help prospects achieve their marketing objectives.

Overcome initial objections and challenges to secure enquiries and meetings.

Accurately record and update lead information, interactions, and status in the CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends in exhibition design, event marketing, and B2B lead generation best practices.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Skills :

Proven ability to meet and exceed organizational goals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
