Salary- 6 LPA to 12 LPA

Seeking an experienced BDM with strong expertise in experiential marketing, events, exhibitions, and brand activations. Must excel in on-ground marketing, corporate events, retail launches, BTL campaigns, and business generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business across events, exhibitions, activations, retail launches, roadshows, canter promos, wall branding.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Create tailored marketing/activation proposals.

Coordinate with creative, production & ops teams for seamless execution.

Lead presentations, budgeting & negotiations.

Track market trends & competitors; explore new business avenues.

Achieve revenue targets through proactive lead generation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree; 510 yrs BD experience in Experiential Marketing/Events/Activations.

Strong client network & on-ground marketing know-how.

Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, manage timelines & perform under pressure.

Self-driven with passion for brand experiences.
