Job Role: Business Development Manager - Supply Chain Finance
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard anchor corporates and their ecosystem (vendors and dealers) for SCF programs.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and convert them into clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and retention.
2. Product Structuring & Solutioning
- Understand client supply chain cycles and structure appropriate SCF solutions such as:
- Vendor Financing
- Dealer Financing
- Invoice Discounting
- Dynamic Discounting
- Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends to enhance product offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product and strategy teams for product innovation and customization.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with credit, risk, legal, compliance, and operations for client onboarding and servicing.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
5. Performance Monitoring
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM tools for tracking leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 37 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development in NBFCs/Banks/Fintechs.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Finance or Working Capital solutions is a must.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of SCF products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital lending platforms.
