Job title: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
Responsible for acquiring new to bank clients & cross sell products to existing clients of the bank.
Ensuring the quality and profile of clients acquired for the bank per the bank standards.
Resposible for conducting various marketing activities to generate leads.
Acquiring new to bank clients by meeting dients & convincing them to open a bank account.
Ensuring that the profile of such clients is as per the bank standarh. Checking KYC documents on new client account opening fores.
Onboarding of new acquired clients by providing them with required deliverables (cheque book debit card).
Activating newly unboarded customsers on Mobile Banking/Net Banking,
Business lead generation through marketing activities/tele-calling Cross-selling products to previously acquired clients
Job Requirements:
Education Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Regulars)
Work Experience 1,5-3 years from BFIS Industry
Max CTC offered up to 4.75 LPA
Age Range - Up to 30 years
