This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tehri for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve the company's sales and growth targets. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, participate in negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction, all while contributing to the long-term strategic direction of the organization.

• Proficiency in business strategy development, market research, and sales planning
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and client communication skills
• Experience in negotiation, deal closures, and contract management
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Proficiency in marketing strategies and lead generation
• Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in the education or EdTech sector is an advantage
