Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in domestic IT staffing. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing services (Contract / Permanent / C2H)
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development (Domestic Market)
  • Strong network with hiring managers, HRs, or decision-makers in India
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in staffing firms or recruitment agencies
  • Exposure to working with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to bring immediate business opportunities
