Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join
our Staffing Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and acquire
new clients for our staffing and recruitment services, build long-term relationships, and
drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for IT and Non-IT staffing
services.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client
references.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and
revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct meetings with clients to understand manpower requirements and propose
customized staffing solutions.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality
candidate delivery.
Handle client negotiations, contract closures, and renewals.
Track market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain accurate reports of client interactions, proposals, and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
36 years of proven experience in business development or client acquisition within the
staffing/recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire (C2H) staffing models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management and target-achievement mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented professional.
