- Handle key accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Coordinate with recruitment teams and track delivery through ATS
- Manage proposals, pricing, contracts, and SLAs
- Maintain sales pipeline, client data, and reports using CRM/ATS tools
Requirements:
- 58 years of business development experience in staffing/recruitment
- Proven client acquisition and account management expertise
- Working knowledge of ATS and recruitment workflows
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
