Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT services, staffing, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our staffing and services portfolio across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services, staffing solutions, and managed services.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and pricing models.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire new clients across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
